Service Terms
Device Assessment
We conduct diagnostics before confirming a quote. Hidden faults discovered during assessment may affect final pricing and timing.
Repair Process
We aim for same-day service where possible, using genuine or high-quality parts. Timing depends on part availability and device condition. We’ll notify you of delays.
Warranty Policy
All repairs include a 12-month warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship.
Covered:
- Manufacturing defects in replacement parts
- Workmanship issues related to the completed repair
Not covered:
- Damage after repair (drops, liquid, impact)
- Normal wear & tear
- Issues unrelated to the service provided
Payment & Pricing
We accept major cards and cash. Prices include GST where applicable. Payment is due upon device collection unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Booking & Cancellations
Book here: Book your repair now. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Missed appointments without notice may incur conditions.
Liability
- Back up your data—repairs can risk data loss.
- We aren’t liable for pre-existing or hidden faults affecting outcomes.
- Further damage from severe internal issues discovered during repair is not our responsibility.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Disputes are handled in Hobart courts.
