Remedies may include inspection, re-repair, replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and any rights available under law.
If a repair service provided by us fails to meet the required standard, you may be entitled to a remedy.
Where appropriate, we may first inspect the device and offer a re-repair or another reasonable remedy before a refund is considered.
Parts and components supplied and installed by us are assessed according to the repair completed, the part type used, and the warranty applicable to that service.
Repairs completed using Original Equipment (OEM) parts or premium-grade compatible parts are backed by a 12-month warranty covering defects in the installed part and our workmanship, subject to inspection and the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
If a supplied part is confirmed to be faulty within the applicable warranty period, we may repair, replace, or otherwise remedy the issue after assessment.
Refunds and returns are not available in every situation. Unless required by law, the following are generally excluded.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a repair has started, labour has been allocated, diagnostics have been carried out, or a part has been ordered, fitted, or installed.

Shipping is free of charge for orders over A$35. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of A$4.50 will be applied per order.
