This Delivery Policy applies to eligible accessories, replacement parts, and other products supplied by My Touch Repairs through mtrecomit.com.au or by direct arrangement with our team. We primarily provide in-store repair services in Hobart, however selected items may be available for delivery within Australia.
Our main business is in-store repair and collection from 70 Murray St, Hobart, TAS 7000. Delivery is available only for eligible products, stocked accessories, approved replacement parts, or other items confirmed by us at the time of order.
Delivery timeframes shown on our website, by message, or in-store are estimates only. Actual dispatch and delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, payment confirmation, order checks, and third-party carrier performance.
Orders are dispatched from our Hobart location to Australian delivery addresses. If you require international shipping, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether delivery is available for your destination and product type.
Free in-store pickup is available during business hours once you have been notified that your order is ready.
Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, weather events, transport disruptions, or other carrier delays outside our control.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are usually processed the same day, provided payment has been received and stock is available. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are generally processed on the next business day.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout or confirmed before payment based on shipping method, parcel dimensions, destination, and current carrier rates.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will usually send a dispatch confirmation and tracking details to the email address or contact method provided with your order.
Tracking information is generated by the carrier and may not update immediately after dispatch.
After dispatch, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. While we will assist where reasonably possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, including name, address, phone number, and any relevant delivery instructions.
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or collection from our store, whichever occurs first. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment has been received and cleared.
Not every item sold, discussed, or quoted is available for nationwide shipping. Certain products may be limited to in-store pickup, local arrangements, or specific delivery methods due to fragility, value, supply limitations, or handling requirements.
At My Touch Repairs, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t delivered, arrives damaged, or has a printing fault or error caused by us, you’re eligible for a full refund. No need to return the phone case, just contact our support team, and we’ll process your refund quickly and easily!
Shipping is free of charge for orders over A$35. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of A$4.50 will be applied per order.
The delivery time is typically 7-10 business days for shipments within Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex and most parcels are designed to fit in a standard mailbox. Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays.
