Refund & Return Policy
Overview
We stand behind our repair work & parts. This policy explains remedies for services & goods in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refunds for Services
You are entitled to a remedy if our service:
- Fails to meet due care & skill,
- Is not fit for the purpose you told us, or
- Results in an unacceptable outcome we can’t fix in a reasonable time.
Where applicable, we will offer a re-repair, partial refund, or full refund if the service cannot be remedied.
Refunds & Returns for Parts
Replacement parts we supply & install include a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects. We will replace or refund if a part is faulty within the warranty period.
Refunds are not available for parts that:
- Were damaged after installation,
- Show misuse, liquid ingress, or impact,
- Were special-ordered with your approval, unless faulty.
Change of Mind
No refunds for change of mind once a repair has begun or a part has been installed. Special-order parts are prepaid & non-refundable unless defective.

Processing Time
We aim to assess & resolve claims within 7 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Your Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under ACL.
