Overview
We primarily provide in-store repairs in Hobart. For selected accessories & replacement parts purchased online, we offer delivery within Australia. This policy explains shipping methods, timeframes & conditions.
Delivery Areas
Orders ship from 70 Murray St, Hobart to Australian addresses. For international delivery, contact us before ordering.
Methods & Timeframes
- Standard (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
- Express (AusPost Express): 1–3 business days to most metro areas
- In-store Pickup: Free collection during business hours
Timeframes are estimates & can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, or events outside our control.
Delivery Costs
Calculated at checkout based on weight, size & method. In-store pickup is free.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 1:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Later orders or weekend/public holiday orders ship the next business day.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking once the order is dispatched.
Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll help track parcels & lodge claims if needed.
Damaged or Missing Items
Report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos & your order number so we can investigate quickly.
