Refund and Returns Policy
What you will do?
If you need to exchange or want a refund then send us an email at
“sales@mtrecomit.com.au” or call us directly at “123 456 789”. You are required to send us photos and completing details of your order and reason of return or exchange.
What is necessary for your refund?
There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product after its purchase. There must be an issue in the product to be eligible for the return, exchange and refund which must be shown in the photos in the email.
Size Issue
In case of a size issue, the size tag photo must be provided so that we may check that the issue is from our side or not. Product must not be used. The returning product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and Refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Time duration for exchange or refund
Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
Payment Method
You will be needed to provide your Bank account details or CNIC number for the refund of your amount through Bank transfer and Mobile Payments respectively.
